Terms of Service
LiveBingo is operated by BaseThread LLC, a California limited liability company ("BaseThread LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and BaseThread LLC for your use of LiveBingo at FreeLiveBingo.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
LiveBingo is not offered in the European Union or the European Economic Area. If you are located there, you may not use the Service, including through a VPN or any other tool that hides your location.
LiveBingo lets anyone host a live game: the game shows on a shared screen, and players join from their own phones with a code or a QR code. Hosting and playing do not require an account. Games are unlisted: anyone with a game's code can join it while it runs, see what is on its screens, and see the names of the others in it, so do not put anything in a game that you would not want shared with the people you invite.
2. Free use, accounts and age
The free Service shows no ads. You may create a free account with your email address to host bigger games, save your own content and keep results longer. You must be at least 13 years old to host a game or create an account. Joining a game requires no account and never asks for an email; it asks only for a first name or nickname to show in that game.
3. Paid plans
The Bingo Night Pass is an optional one-time purchase of $9.99 that unlocks its features for 48 hours and does not renew. LiveBingo Host Pro is an optional subscription, billed at $8 per month. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, and charges appear on your card or bank statement as PADDLE.NET* BASETHREAD.
Automatic renewal. Host Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Before you buy a subscription, we ask you to confirm that you understand it renews automatically. You can cancel at any time online with one click on your account page, or through the link in your Paddle receipt, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We email you a reminder at least once a year with the price and how to cancel, and we tell you before any price change takes effect.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the questions, answers, words, names and other content you put in a game ("Your Content"). You grant BaseThread LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to run the Service, including showing it to everyone in your game. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to post it. Your Content must follow the Content Policy below. We may remove any content or game that we believe breaks these Terms or the Content Policy.
5. Games and results
Games are for fun. Results are shown as they happen and are not a survey or a test of anyone. Do not rely on a LiveBingo result for any legal, financial or safety decision. LiveBingo is for fun. The Service never takes or pays money for a game, and you may not use it to run gambling, to charge players to play, or to award cash prizes through the Service. Any prize a host offers is the host's own responsibility and must follow the law where the game is played.
6. Acceptable use
You will not: break the law using the Service; post content that the Content Policy prohibits; interfere with the Service, including automated or scripted play, scanning game codes, or overloading it; attempt to access another user's account or a game's host controls; or use the Service to collect personal information from players.
7. Availability and changes to the Service
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service. Games expire and are deleted on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for content lost after a game expires.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements, or that votes or results will be complete or accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASETHREAD LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BaseThread LLC harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 12, the venue for any permitted court proceeding is Santa Clara County, California, and you and BaseThread LLC consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
12. Binding arbitration and class action waiver
Read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between you and BaseThread LLC are resolved and limits your rights to bring a lawsuit or class action.
Individual arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You and BaseThread LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.
Carve-outs. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction, or (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or unauthorized use of intellectual property or of the Service.
13. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you live in the United Kingdom, Sections 11 and 12 apply only to the extent those laws allow, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
14. No waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
15. Export and sanctions compliance
You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the Service from, any country subject to a U.S. government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. government restricted-party or sanctions list.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new date, and tell account holders by email about material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Language
These Terms are provided in several languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version controls, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

Privacy Policy
BaseThread LLC, a California limited liability company, is the data controller for LiveBingo. This Privacy Policy describes what BaseThread LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects when you host or join a game or use a LiveBingo account, and why.
The short version
Joining a game requires no account and no email, only a first name or nickname. We do not sell personal information, show ads, or build profiles of players. We keep game data only as long as the plan it was hosted on allows, then delete it.
If you join a game
Your name in the game: the first name or nickname you type, shown to the others in that game.
Your answers: what you vote, pick, buzz or write during the game, and when.
A random player token: stored in your browser's storage on FreeLiveBingo.com, so you can get back into the same game if your phone drops or you reload. It identifies your seat in one game, not you, and is never used on any other website or for advertising.
No analytics on the game screens beyond page counts. We count which kind of page was opened (never which game), on our own servers, with no cookies.
Players type a first name or nickname to join a game. We show it to the others in that game and keep it only with the game's results: one day for a game hosted without an account, and up to a year in a free or paid account, until you delete it.
If you host a game
- Game content: the game you picked, any questions, words or answers you write, and the results.
- A private host link, stored on your device, which lets you start, run and close your game and remove a player. We store only a hashed copy.
- Photos you add to a game (for example, baby photos): your phone shrinks each photo before it's sent. A photo is kept only inside that one game, shown only to the people in it, and deleted when the game is deleted. We never keep photos anywhere else or use them for anything else.
- Content safety checks: content you write yourself is checked automatically, using a blocklist and, where available, an AI safety model run on Cloudflare's infrastructure, to stop prohibited content.
If you create an account
- Your email address, to sign you in with a one-time code or link (no passwords) and to identify your account. Sign-in emails are sent through Cloudflare, with Resend as a backup.
- Your saved content, results and plan, so you can use them again and use paid features.
If you buy a paid plan
Paddle is the merchant of record and processes your payment. We receive your email, the plan you bought, and the status of the purchase, subscription or refund. We never receive or store your card details. Paddle's privacy notice governs the payment data it handles.
Website analytics
We keep first-party counts on our own servers: which kind of page was opened, and rolled-up numbers such as games started and players joined. On the marketing pages we may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without fingerprinting. No advertising or cross-site tracking is used, and no count carries your name, your answers or a game code.
Service providers
- Cloudflare (hosting, realtime, storage, security, email, content safety models, cookieless page-view analytics)
- Resend (backup for sign-in emails)
- Paddle (payments, merchant of record)
- Google Search Console (search performance of our public pages; no visitor data from us)
Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep data
| What | Kept |
|---|---|
| Games hosted without an account | The game and its results for 1 day after the last activity, then deleted |
| Games hosted with a free account | Results for 1 year, or until you delete them |
| Games hosted on a paid plan | Results for 2 years, or until you delete them |
| Player tokens | Deleted with the game's data |
| Account email | Until you delete your account |
A host can close a game at any time, and an account holder can delete their results and account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and you can delete your account from your account page (Account, then Delete account). Depending on where you live (including the UK and California), you may have further rights, including to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact hello@freelivebingo.com.
Where LiveBingo is offered
LiveBingo is not offered in the European Union or the European Economic Area, and visitors from there see a notice instead of the Service.
Legal bases (UK)
For visitors in the United Kingdom: we process game data to provide the Service you asked for (contract), security signals to keep the Service safe (legitimate interests), and payment records to meet legal obligations.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
LiveBingo is not directed at children under 13, and you must be 13 or older to host a game or create an account. Joining a game asks only for a first name or nickname and never for an email or account. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Teachers and parents who host a game for children should ask them to join with a nickname rather than a full name.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new date, and account holders are told by email about material changes.

Refund Policy
LiveBingo is free to use, with no ads, and no purchase is required to play.
The Bingo Night Pass ($9.99, one time, 48 hours), and LiveBingo Host Pro ($8 per month) are optional, and appear on your card or bank statement as PADDLE.NET* BASETHREAD. Paddle is the merchant of record, so refunds are requested from and decided by Paddle under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date and are reviewed by Paddle. You can submit one through the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to us and we will raise it for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Consumers in the UK and some other regions have statutory cancellation rights that apply in addition to this.
Canceling Host Pro. You can cancel at any time from your account page or your Paddle receipt. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Content Policy
LiveBingo is for playing games together. Content a host writes is checked automatically, and a host can remove anyone from their game.
Not allowed in any game:
- Hate speech, or attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability or serious disease.
- Sexual content, and any content that sexualizes minors.
- Threats, incitement to violence, or glorification of violence.
- Content that promotes self-harm or suicide.
- Harassment, bullying, or games targeting a private person.
- Links, phone numbers, and anything designed to scam, phish or collect personal information from players.
- Illegal content, including content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
- Impersonating another person or organization.
Mild language and lighthearted teasing are fine.
What happens: content that fails the automatic check cannot be used, and the host is told why. We may remove a game or content that breaks this policy. To report a game or appeal, contact hello@freelivebingo.com.
Copyright
If you believe content on LiveBingo infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@freelivebingo.com including: your contact details; the work you believe is infringed; where it appears on LiveBingo; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will remove or disable access to infringing content and, in appropriate cases, end the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.
